Crunchy Granola Bits


  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp macca powder, matcha green tea powder or even cocoa
  • 4 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup of any nuts, mixed if you like
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, currents or goji berries
  • 1/4 cup linseeds
  • 1/4 cup pepitas or sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut or coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 cup rice malt syrup, maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. Preheat oven to 180C and line a baking tray.
  2. Mix all of the dry ingredients together in a large bowl, then add the wet ingredients and mix well. also.
  3. Plonk the mixture over the lined pan. You want there to be clusters.
  4. Put it into the oven, and keep an eye on it. It usually takes around 20-25 minutes. You want it to be light caramel golden brown. And you may need to flip the contents half way through.
  5. Remove from the oven, cool on the pan fully then crack up and eat.
