Quick Ricotta Cheese Snack Cups
Ingredients
- 2 cups of good Ricotta cheese
- 4 tablespoons of good quality honey. Use the good stuff here!
- 4 tablespoons of pistachio nuts
- 4 tablespoons of dried mulberries or cranberries
- 2 tablespoons of coconut flakes
Method
- Put the ricotta cheese in a cup, top with honey, nuts, dried fruits and coconut flakes to taste. EAT!
You can use any toppings you like. If you don’t like honey, mix up the ricotta with 1 teaspoon of caster sugar or maple syrup, any sweetener you like.
