4 Week All Rounder Challenge

Keep it interesting and add variety to your workout by doing:

  • Pilates to tone, strengthen and flex
  • Barre for balance, tone, lose weight and elongate
  • Zumba to lose weight, improve agility and balance, and believe it or not, tone

Mixing all 3 styles will ensure that you get an all-round update to your fitness.

You’ll definitely need sneakers and a mat, and may even like to have:

  • Dumbbells, not too heavy and not too light. Most students start with half a kilo and move up to 1, 1.5 and 2 kilos with months in between.
  • Pilates ball
  • Yoga block
  • Sliders, microfiber cloths or paper plates (for real!)
  • Loop band
  • Theraband
