4 Week Barre Challenge

You’re going to love this! 4 weeks of grace, gains and some grimacing!

Oh yes, barre is an amazing, challenging, fulfilling exercise based on ballet and Pilates.

Every part of your body will get a great workout, improving posture, strength, cardio and more!

All you’ll need is a nice sturdy chair and mat:

  • Dumbbells, not to heavy and not too light. Most students start with half a kilo and move up to 1, 1.5 and 2 kilo with months in between.
  • Pilates ball
  • Yoga block
  • Sliders, microfibre cloths or paper plates (for real!)
  • Loop band
  • Theraband
