As a bonus you’ll learn some awesome dance moves based on Salsa, Merengue, Cha cha, Bachata, Hip hop, Reggaton, Bellydancing, Dewbow, Socca and more.

The workouts are so much fun you wont even feel like you’re working out, but rather in a party.

All you’ll need for Zumba is a good pair of sneakers, and a little space. You really don’t need a lot of space for our workouts. We adapt the dances to suit a smaller space and also provide jump alternatives which your neighbours will thank you for!
