5 Day Ab Challenge
This 5 day challenge, coupled with a healthy style, will get you the abs you’ve always wanted sooner!
Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, these 15 minute workouts will get you sweating, shaking and sculpting everyday.
All you’ll need is a yoga mat and 15 minutes.
Some classes give you the option to use accessories such as dumbbells, 0.5 kg and up. Please do not go too heavy for these exercises. Most people use no more than 1 kg for these exercises.
What can I do if I want more abs?
Once you’ve completed ab challenge 1, try ab challenge 2 where we challenge you that little bit more.
