5 Day Arm and Back Challenge
Want those lean, elongated, sculpted arms? Want to be able to maintain your frame for the full dance?

Our arms and back workouts will get you panting and sweating, shaking and sighing!
We do keep the workouts so simple, so you can get the most out of your workout. But simple doesn’t mean easy!
For beginner and experienced gym goers, these workouts will challenge you.
To make these workouts great, you will need:
- Dumbbells, start low and go up! Challenge yourself as much as you can, without;
- Therabands
- Loop bands.
What can I do if I want more arms and back?
Once you’ve completed arms and back challenge 1, try arms and back 2 for more challenge, more maintenance.
