4 Week Pilates Challenge

Get a full body workout, burning and toning at the same time.

This is not a fast class, moves are slow, calculated and controlled, but you will feel and love every bit of the outcomes you will see.

You will feel the burn and the sweat, and get a whole body workout without leaving the floor. No jumping or chasséing required to get that heart rate up! A plank will do it!

These classes are perfect for beginners to the more experienced Pilates student.

You’ll definitely need a matt and may even like to have:

  • Dumbbells, not to heavy and not too light. Most students start with half a kilo and move up to 1, 1.5 and 2 kilo with months in between.
  • Pilates ball
  • Yoga block
  • Sliders, microfibre cloths or paper plates (for real!)
  • Loop band
  • Theraband
